Not feeling a vibration?

Make sure you’re using the iPhone app, select a free pattern and tap play. VibroWave requires supported haptic hardware. You can also open the vibration help in the app’s Settings. If the problem continues, contact us with your device details.

What is included for free?

The free app includes 3 patterns. Premium unlocks all 9 patterns and intensity controls. See the purchase screen for current pricing and terms.

Manage a subscription

Subscriptions purchased through Apple are managed in your Apple account. See Apple’s instructions to cancel or change a subscription. Deleting an app does not cancel its subscription.

Request a refund

For purchases billed by Apple, request a refund through Apple. Apple determines eligibility.
